I am so glad to find you here! My name is Taleisha and I am right there with you in the thick of motherhood.

I'm a dreamer, a storyteller, and someone who feels things deeply—especially when it comes to holding onto fleeting moments. Before photography became my full-time world, I spent 14 years as a marketing manager, always chasing creativity and connection in everything I did. My camera came with me everywhere—from faraway travels to quiet days at home with my fur babies—documenting life, just because it mattered to me.

But everything shifted when I became a mum. Meeting my little boy Harvey changed me in ways I never expected. Suddenly, time felt like it was racing, and I found myself aching to slow it down—to bottle up the tiny moments, the in-between magic, the softness of it all. I’ve always been nostalgic, but motherhood took that to a whole new level. And so, I began to photograph our life with even more intention, freezing time the only way I knew how.

That deep longing to hold onto the now is what drives my work. I know what it feels like to want to remember everything—to see yourself in the frame, to preserve your family’s story, to create future nostalgia.
